Smiths

There are not many deals this week that looked awesome to me, besides the great prices for turkey AND this sweet cereal deal. Smith's has a promotion on General Mills cereal, buy 4 save $4. With the promotion the price for each box is $1.49, BUT last week in our Sunday newspaper we got a supplemental coupon book from General Mills. There is a $1/2 boxes GM cereal coupon! You can also print more of the same coupon at coupons.com . Normally these cereals are between $3-$4 each, so $1 a box is a great deal! Good luck! This sale ends Tuesday.

Target Deal

Today I was at the Super Target on Green Valley Pkwy. for some diapers and I slipped in a sweet lotion deal. This week at Target if you buy 2 bottles or tubes of Curel lotion you can get a $5 target gift card. When I went there was only one tube of the 6 oz. left, and I am not sure at what point of the week they will restock this product. But there are a few Targets in Henderson and around the Vegas valley. There is a target store coupon for $1 off that can be stacked with the manufacturers coupon.

Curel Lotion 6 oz $3.79
Use $1.00/1 – Curel Lotion – (target.com)
And use$1.00/1 Curel lotion – (curel.com)

Coupon Love

One thing I love about couponing is that I can still get everything I want to eat and more. I love fresh fruits and vegetables and I buy a ton of them every week. I think a lot of people have the misconception that when you coupon you mostly get junk to eat, but that is not true!

Here is my rundown:

-6 cans Campbell's soup
-Jar of Molasses
-Tide Stain Release (I love this stuff!)
-Toilet bowl cleaner
-Bananas
-Yellow onions
-Almost 4 lbs of Gala Apples
-2 packages (1 lb) strawberries
-2 packages fresh spinach

What I would have spent: $43.43

What I did spend: $10.71

A 77% savings!!!

Crazy

Today I went to CVS and bought 2 John Frieda Stylers (curling spray) and a John Frieda Root Awakenings Shampoo and Conditioner. Normally this would have cost me right around $30. I paid $2 for all 4 products, but the crazy thing is that $1 was for taxes and $1 was for the products!
